The attractions of the islands Nogutsunajima Island
A little paradise just 5.7 km round. It’s the home of many children who visit to study by the seaside.
About Nogutsunajima Island
Nogutsunajima is an island located in the eastern Kutsuna Islands. On the western side, Muzukijima and Nakajima Islands can be seen. On the top of Sarayama, the observation platform offers a 360 panorama of the Seto Inland Sea. Nukaba beach is popular with swimmers who like things simple, and there are also cultural properties such as the nearby Maruyama tomb. It’s also famous as an island for study by the sea, and as the location for the film “Her Island, My Island”. People who visit the island find the air and slow pace soothing.

Store information
Accommodation
There are no ryokan or guesthouses. You can stay at the meeting hall with reservation(089-998-0757,Tuesday and Wednesday)
There’s a camp ground at Nukaba beach(summer only 089-997-0149).
Shop
There’s one shop. Its sells food, sundries and so on, but it has few items and is sometimes closed, so bring whatever food you need
There is one vending machine in the village.
