This area was named after the festival called "Dote-kabocha (pumpkin) Carnival". Halloween no Mori is in the Toon City Park. As you come out of the second parking area, climbing the slope, you will find play equipment, a wheel chair accessible sand box, and pumpkin-trim (8 kinds of field athletic equipment).
Pictures of "Jack-o-lantern*" are drawn on the play equipment and staircases. Some of the pieces of equipment include "Tower of Halloween" in which a roller coaster, a jungle gym and a slide are combined, "Pumpkin talk" a tube through which you can talk with people far away, and "Cobweb net". From the top of the structure, you will have a very good view of the whole area.
A standard Halloween ornament; a pumpkin with a frightening face carved into it, etc.

This is a farmer's market established on the site of the hot spring (Sakura-no-yu) that offers local produce that hot spring visitors can purchase after a nice bath. Some produce is also sold at an out-door tent. Sakura customer appreciation day is held once a month where numerous services are offered.
Some items visitors may find are fresh-from-the-field fruit and vegetables, plants and flowers in Toon, some freshly made processed goods such as farmer-made pickles and Bento boxed lunches, as well as farmers' hand-made crafts.
