This botanical garden is a glass greenhouse, located in Kurinosato Park. There is a wide variety of tropical plants and fruit trees on display in their natural habitat. Some of the flowers are for sale.

In a temperature controlled environment, visitors can walk along the pathways and see many types of tropical flowers, such as bougainvillea. Depending on the season, tropical fruits such as bananas, papayas, or pineapples are on display. The flower house also hosts a number of events such as music concerts and preserved flower* arrangement classes.
* The flowers are processed with a special solution to preserve their freshness.

In the Soba Dojo, visitors can experience authentic soba making and taste the noodles they made.

In the Soba Dojo, visitors can experience authentic soba making and taste the noodles they made. In the Mokuyusha Hammer Class, visitors can make chopsticks for their own use and wooden horse with a kit of timber from the prefecture.

Visitors can enjoy eating the soba noodles they just made at the adjoining Konekonetei. In the Mokuyusha Hammer Class, visitors can experience woodwork making with a kit (for chopsticks or a horse) of local timber (Hime Japanese cedar and Hime Japanese cypress). Both are popular among those with children.

"Newly employed teachers of kindergartens in the prefecture have been trained in these woodwork classes."

In summer, it is quite popular with families as we are in a location that is convenient for the Tobe Zoo and Ehime Children's Castle, as well as with the users of the swimming pool.

Delicious food gathered from the mountains and the sea in regions of Setouchi and Iyo are served in either Japanese or Western styled dishes. "Super Viking (buffet style meal)" at lunch time is very popular, where Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes are offered. Those who have a meal at this restaurant will receive a free ticket to bathe in the large public bath "Iyo no yu". This ticket is valid for the same day only.

This soba noodle restaurant, located in Craft Town, insists on three principles of freshness; freshly-ground, freshly-kneaded, and freshly-boiled fragrant Soba. Counter seats allow visitors to see how we boil the noodles, while those with children may prefer to eat in Tatami rooms.

We use local buckwheat flour to make our noodles. The proportion is one to nine*, so that you can enjoy the authentic soba flavor in our al dente noodles. A dish of cold soba noodles is best enjoyed with real wasabi freshly grated by a customer as a condiment. We also have a set menu for other types of dishes.

Kurinosato Park

This park includes the Hananomori Hotel, the Yukurikan, the Nakayama Flower House, an open-air music space, and a playground for accommodation, dining, and recreation.

Tagamisan, Otani-ike Pond, Ehime Forest Park

Tagamisan is on the Saragamine Mountain Range Prefectural National Park, and at the bottom of it is Otani-ike Pond, which has been selected as one of the Top 100 Reservoirs in Japan. Visitors can enjoy forest healing and bird watching in the Ehime Forest Park, which also has field athletic facilities and campsites.
